Who is Brenda Fredericks?
Brenda Fredericks is a mother and middle school teacher turned women’s coach. She believes that women who have exquisite self care practices and love themselves have better relationships with everyone in their lives. She has coached many women on their journey to live vibrant, meaningful lives. She is a published writer, leads Virtual Women's Groups with women around the globe and is the founder of Body Love
