Hi, I'm Brenda and I'm so happy you are here. 

I am in my Wise Woman era.  A treasure trove of wisdom lives inside of me from my 30 years experience with children, families and my own mothering journey. 

I teach women how to be your true self, respect and honor your body and capacity, while changing generational patterns in yourself, which impacts generations before and after you.

My life is my muse.  Everything is my teacher.

I am on my knees in gratitude for how my personal work affects my lineage and continues to create more joy in my life.
